Customer Service Adviser

Based in Leeds, our client is currently recruiting for Temporary Customer Service Advisers to start in May on an ongoing temp basis.

skills required for this role:

*Handling queries from business customers with the best use of customer service.

*Understanding the background of the query and completing the required research with the provided tools, and responding appropriately, resolving issues if any.

*Escalating or communicating to other teams if it is required to solve the issue.

*Connecting with customers at a professional level and build rapport with them.

*Attending the required training once successful and apply it where it's required to process transactions.

Duration: Temporary Ongoing.

Location: Leeds, LS1

Start Date: ASAP

End Contract date is 31st December 2020

Hours: 8 hour shift, Candidates will be paid for 7.5 Hours (Productivity - Login Hours).Monday to Friday, But Candidate must be flexible as per business requirement .

Pay: £10.50ph 21- 24 - £11.20ph 25 and over (umbrella rate) (weekly pay)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months.
