Based in their London HQ, a multinational Retail organisation is searching for an experienced Service Design & Transition Lead in achieving operational readiness and ensure controlled transition of IT Services from Projects into Operational delivery.
Playing a key role across the business and working closely with Programme and Operational Stakeholders, you will take charge for building a robust Service Operations Model for our transformed services using Digital and Cloud architectures.
