The role of Customer Service Advisor
This role is based within a Commercial Insurance company in Newport. Day to day, you will be handling queries from new and existing customers, servicing their insurance policies, handling objections and sometimes customer complaints.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will receive a minimum of 6 weeks training and support. The company will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed but you will need to be a self-starter.
So we're looking for people who are resilient, able to manage incoming calls and provide a high level of service at all times. You will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and a team player.
