Customer Service Advisor - Start date 07/05/2019

Location: Peatmoor, Swindon

Salary: £18,250 - £16,250 OTE £21,000+

Type: Permanent

Key responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Meet/exceed all individual and team targeted areas
  • Convert customer calls to sales
  • Up sell products where possible
  • Update all systems to ensure data being captured is up-to-date and accurate
  • Maintain the appropriate telephone manner throughout the call
  • Ensure customers receive the correct information by utilising excellent listening and questioning skills
  • Make outbound sales calls infrequently depending on team cover
  • Inbound calls for a travel insurance provider

Skills for a Customer Service Advisor needed:

  • You will need to have good written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent active listening skills
