Do you have a passion for being a Customer Complaints Handler and delivering exceptional Customer Service?

We are recruiting a number of Complaints Handler positions in Newport which will see you managing a caseload of customer complaints (both on the phone and via written correspondence) within strict FCA legislation, working for a leading Financial Services outsourcer.

Job Title: Complaints Handler

Contract: Permanent

Location: Newport, NP10

Salary: £18,000 pa + annual performance related bonus

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week - shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday's 8am - 2pm (1 in 3)

Start Date: ASAP

For your application for the Complaints Handler position to be successful, your CV must demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

  • Previous customer complaints experience within a fast paced, high performance team (contact center environment)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail paramount
  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook (word processing and email platforms)
  • Positive attitude and approach
  • Experience working within Financial Services, FCA regulations, Anti-Money Laundering rules, ISA rules, Data Protection and Treating Customers Fairly
