IT Support Engineer required to join a highly successful and established Global Manufacturing company on the outskirts of Glasgow. The client is a highly regarded Manufacturer throughout the world who are looking to utilise some of the latest technology. You will be working as part of an expanding IT Infrastructure team involved in a number of innovative projects and gaining experience in a variety of technology.
The client offers the opportunity to provide support across a global company working in a fast paced and evolving environment. You will be joining an infrastructure team going through a period of change streamlining global support for the company. You will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support and working within an infrastructure team on new projects. Previous 1st and 2nd line Support experience is vital for any potential candidate.
Key Skills and Experience:
** Provided 1st and 2nd line Infrastructure support experience
** Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016, including DNS, DHCP & WINS
** Microsoft Office 365 Migrations and Administration (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
** Active Directory Administration
** Experience of acting as an escalation point for service desk requirements
** Experience Maintaining and developing IT ticketing system and standards.
** Office 365
** Understanding of ITIL
