IT support analyst required to join a highly successful and established IT consultancy based in central Edinburgh. The client is a highly regarded Managed Service Provider in Scotland and utilise the latest cloud technology for some of the Scotland's Largest companies. You will be working as part of a rapidly expanding Managed service team involved in a number of innovative projects and they offer access to training and development programmes.
The client offers an unrivalled opportunity to work across a wide range of technical projects including server and cloud management. You will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support directly for service clients working alongside these them on their new projects. Previous 2nd and 3rd line Support experience is vital for any potential candidate.
Key Skills and Experience:
** Provided 2nd and 3rd line Infrastructure support experience
** Responsible for the full lifecycle client issue through to completion-
** Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions ideally Azure
** Management of large Cisco LAN/WAN estates
** 3rd party vendor and stakeholder's management
** Experience in Cisco LAN/vLAN/WAN
** Microsoft Azure and Office 365
** Relevant Certification in CCNA/MCSA or established experience to a similar level
** Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies i.e. Windows Desktop & Server/Active Directory
