We are recruiting a number of Customer Service Advisor positions, located on the outskirts of Cardiff, for an exciting client that is at the forefront of financial services.

As one of the largest financial services in the south of Wales, working on behalf of the top banks around the world, we are looking for excellent customer service advisors. Are you looking for a career in a fast past environment with progression?

Although this role is initially temporary, due to the success of the client, there is a great opportunity for the position to become permanent.

For your application for the Customer Service Advisor position to be successful:

Customer Service Advisor Duties Include:

  • General customer service questions and queries
  • Setting up payment plan
  • Administering payments
  • Reviewing follow up actions ensuring customers are kept updated throughout the process
  • General administration duties

Salary: £8ph

Contract: Temp- perm

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week - shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and flexible to work weekends
