Product Manager – Customer Apps, £60k, 20% bonus + superb rewards package

A major UK telecommunications and retail brand is looking for an innovative and ambitious Product Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. If you’re looking for an agile, start-up style working environment, with the financial backing of a large brand then this is for you.  The network you’ll be building your app on already has over 850,000 customers!

You’ll be working on a revolutionary customer facing app that helps improve the lives of its users. Essentially, it will serve for all needs digital, online information, and queries that the customer may have regarding their online account.

For this rewarding and challenging role, it’s essential you can think outside the box, manage strategy, vision and look at the analytics of your app to help constantly develop and improve your product. The uniqueness of this role lies in the autonomy you’ll have, as you’ll be entirely responsible for product strategy, vision and roadmap.

Ideally, you’ll have experience with managing customer facing products, across both mobile and desktop platforms. You can have had either experience working in large PLCs or start-ups.

You’ll need to have had some form of senior stakeholder management in a previous role, and the ability to business case new initiatives and proposals for sign-off. Ideally you’ll also be a great communicator, with the ability to interact with marketing, commercial, operations and UI/UX teams.

Start date negotiable, flexi-working options also available after probationary period.
