Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for friendly and knowledgeable people who take the time to listen and do whatever it takes to help their customers.

Joining the successful Home or Motor insurance team in Bristol, you'll take lots of calls in a professional and friendly manner, being quick to understand the customer's needs and do everything in your power to help.

The role

  • Your role will be 100% phone based
  • Taking inbound calls from existing and potential new customers
  • Providing customers with quotes for either Home or Motor insurance
  • Answering questions and providing help to policy holders
  • It will be your job to try and make sure customers are retained year on year

The details

  • 37.5 hours per week. Shifts Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm, 3 in 8 Saturdays and 2 in 8 Sundays.
  • Hours on Saturday will be 9am - 5pm and 10am - 4pm on Sunday.

Ideally you'll already have experience working with customers and with targets, along with being confident using a PC.
