Customer Service Advisor! We are currently recruiting for one of the largest Oak distributors in the UK within their bookings department.

Are you looking to work in the call centre and customer service industry? Do you have a passion for getting things right first time for customers? If so, this role as a Customer Service Advisor, based in Swindon could be just the job you are after!!

The Customer Service Advisor is a temporary opportunity with a chance of going permanent.

Role of a Customer Service Advisor

  • Dealing with inbound calls from customers
  • Dealing with customer bookings
  • Manage customers expectations
  • Have great conversations and generate fit for purpose solutions for customers

This is initially a temporary role and top performers will have a chance of having a permanent role. The next intake to become a Customer Service Advisor is on 14th January.
