Senior IT Support Analyst required to join my client at one of Dundee's local success stories. They play an integral part in ensuring their customers businesses run smoothly and ensure an uninterrupted service across a wide range of Supported Technologies.
Within your day to day duties, you will be tasked with monitoring and supporting multiple company's Server, Network and Desktop environments. You will also act as a senior escalation point for all Support Staff. On top of this, you will be required to identify and take responsibility for major desktop issues through to resolution and will administer multiple Server/Network environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting various customer networks while ensuring that evolving IT Service needs are addressed effectively. You will have ample experience acting as a Senior Escalation point within a busy helpdesk environment. This role would be well suited to an "IT Generalist "with a broad understanding of core infrastructure technologies.
