Are you looking for a role that gives you lots of variety? A great opportunity to build a career in the call centre and customer service industry has arisen for our client based in Swindon as a Customer Service Advisor.

This is working on a twilight shift with hours between 3pm and 2am working 5 days out of 7.

The role of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Dealing with inbound calls
  • Dealing with outbound calls - warm calls where customers have made an initial enquiry
  • Dealing with new customers from the US
  • Dealing with delivery drivers
  • Ensuring that all admin work is completed
